Thank you for connecting with us!

Redeemer gathers every Sunday at 10:30 a.m. to worship God, connect with each other, and grow in faith and grace. All are welcome!

Our Mission is to know, love, and serve God and others.

Frequently Asked Questions:

What is worship like at Redeemer?

  • Our worship includes singing, historical liturgies, preaching, prayers, and the Lord's Supper. It's about 1 hour and 10 minutes in length.

Where are you located, and where do I park?

  • We meet in a historic, 100-year-old church building at 240 Grant Street SE, Decatur, AL 35603.

  • We recommend you park in the parking lot to the left of the church (left as in if you are standing looking at the front doors) which is the west side. People park on the street as well.

What is the music like?

  • Our music incorporates historical hymns and spiritual songs written today.

What do I wear?

  • You'll see all types of dress at Redeemer including jeans and dresses. Come as you are.

Is there a nursery?

  • Yes! We love children at Redeemer. We have a nursery and a room for mothers to care for their young children.

What about accessibility?

  • We have a covered portico for dropoff and a wheelchair-accessible ramp for entering the building. We also have an elevator to provide access for all three floors.

Does Redeemer do anything together after worship?

  • On the 2nd Sunday of the month, we have a church-wide lunch after worship. All are welcome!
